About Us

Serving all of Berkshire County, The Yoga Depot is a friendly yoga studio conveniently located in downtown Pittsfield. The studio is a cooperative of premier independent instructors owned by Rachael Plaine and offers classes that incorporate many different styles and backgrounds of yoga.

Teachers  here are trained to work with beginners and help them progress by providing individual modifications for each pose. Levels range from Easy to Moderate to Vigorous Practices.
